Adverse Drug Events

Collaboration is key to increasing awareness of the need to improve the safety of medications. IFMC - IL will work with hospitals, ambulatory and long-term care facilities to prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse drug events, prevent preventable ER visits and eliminate hospital readmissions.
